Here are some of David's items of booty from the street markets of
Kiev: the star medal is believed to be a soldier's campaign medal from
the Afghan war; the round one with striped ribbon is older, said to be
from the Great Patriotic War (second world war). The monetary note
or bill is one (G)hryvna, equivalent to about twenty US cents. The
coin is 50 Kopeks, about a US dime.
