Students Inducted into Honor Societies, March 2001 

Congratulations to those students who were inducted into the honorary societies Alpha Beta,
Tri-Sigma, Omicron Delta Kappa and  Phi Eta Sigma, during a special convocation earlier this
month. 

Alpha Beta is a society honoring upperclass students for excellence in scholarship and
encouraging high scholastic attainment among other students.

Sigma Sigma Sigma is an honorary society for seniors.  Members are elected by the faculty and the members honored during the preceding year.  The basis for selection is high attainment in scholarship, spirit, and service.
