By January 30, 2015 submit your abstracts and proposals
By February 15, 2015 you will be notified of abstract and proposal acceptance
By February 20, 2015 register for the conference to appear in printed program

Session One:  1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
Session Two:  2:45 to 4:15 p.m.
Executive Board Meeting 4:15 to 5:00  p.m.
Friday Evening Reception:  5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 7
Business Meeting for all Association Members:  7:45 to 8:45 a.m.
Session Three:  9:00 to 10:30 a.m.
Session Four:  10:45 to 12:15
The annual meeting will adjourn  after Session two ends at 12:15

Here is the campus map [PDF].  All events are in Houston Cole Library, number 23 on the map, and the only 12 story building in the area.  Parking is available behind the library.  JSU address is 700 Pelham Road North, Jacksonville, AL 36265.  Pelham Road is the same as HWY 21.
